Notes:
- You need to arrive one day before trip because on the first day, the trip will start in the morning.
- Participants can depart on the last day of the trip (for 3D2N and 4D3N).
- We adjust according to the flight schedule of participants.
- For 2D1N, participants can depart one day after the trip.
Term & Condition:
Cancellation:
1. Payment that has been made cannot be refund/moved trip/re-schedule, but participants can find a replacement person (change name). However, due to COVID-19 pandemic uncertainties, we allow participant to reschedule the trip within a month from the original schedule, subject to availability. Please confirm at least 2 weeks before the trip if you are going to reschedule.
2. Cancellation due to Force Majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government regulations, and other coercive conditions), the trip can be reschedule or cancelled, but there is no refund. (Force Majeure: an event that occurs beyond human ability and cannot be avoided so that an activity cannot be carried out properly).
3. Participants who arrive late at the meeting point causing delay and causes inconvenience to other participants, deemed to resign and there is no refund provided.
Responsibility:
1. Gandiva Phinisi is not responsible and cannot be prosecuted for changes or cancellations of flights, baggage damage/loss or delay by airlines, hotels or other transportation, damage/loss of personal belongings of participants during the trip and changes/reduction in travel due to Force Majeure.
2. Participants are responsible for loss/damage to facilities we provided such as life jackets, snorkels, masks, and will be charged according to the price of the items.
3. Participants must obey the tour leader during the trip and cannot make unilateral decisions in any form without our consent.
4. If there are participants who bring illegal drugs or make riots that make inconvenience to other participants during the trip, we have the right to issue /repatriate the participant without any refunds that have been paid.
By registering the participant agrees to the Terms and Conditions during the trip.
